Theng Khang
Theng Khang has been working in the restaurant industry for the past 17 years and has multiple years of experience preparing Korean cuisine with chef Thomas Kim. He spent almost four years working at Masayoshi Takayama's 3-Michelin-starred restaurant Masa in New York City learning about Japanese cuisine and honing his craft in sushi omakase under chef Yakayama. Khang is of Hmong descent and has a strong connection to Southeast Asian cuisine. He holds a culinary arts degree from the Art Institute of Minneapolis.
