  • 1ounceLaird's Applejack

  • 3/4ouncesweet vermouth

  • 1/4ounceYellow Chartreuse

  • 1dashAngostura bitters

  • Garnish:lemon twist

Directions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice, and add aquavit, applejack, vermouth, Chartreuse and a dash of bitters. Stir until well chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist.
