我发现在美国吃生煎包的一个问题是面团往往太厚,太软,饺子太大。生煎包不应该像汤圆那么精致,但也不应该是汤圆的两倍大,两倍厚。根据这道食谱,面团最终会变软,厚度也刚刚好。
