我最喜欢的点心之一是福培更或豆腐卷。它的馅料是香菇和蔬菜(有时是鸡肉,甚至是火腿)馅的肉末,上面浇上清淡而浓郁的酱汁,上桌前蒸熟。虽然是点心,但配上米饭也是一道不错的正餐。

做好之后,我就开始做酱汁了,搅拌起来很快,因为用玉米淀粉使酱汁变稠,而不是慢慢变淡。

我在锅里蒸整个面团,直到馅料熟透,用一个烤盘,既能装下所有的面团,也能放进锅里。不过,任何可以安装的蒸汽装置都可以工作。煮熟后,我在上面再放一些新鲜的葱花,就可以享用了。
